Grow
Find out which sources bring players who stay.
Every join carries the address the player typed. Give each creator, partner or ad its own subdomain, and you can see exactly what each one sends you, and whether those players stick around.
- Players, session length and returning share for every hostname, creator link and partner.
- A player's first hostname is kept for good, so a creator still gets the credit when that player comes back months later.
- Countries, client versions, and Java or Bedrock, with what raising your minimum version would cost you in players.
- New and returning players over time, from the last hour to the last year.

Earn
See which sources earn you money.
Tebex already tells you what you earned. Connect your store, and DataWiser links every purchase to the player who made it and to where that player first came from.
- Conversion and revenue per player for every source, so you know which creator deals to renew.
- How long, how many sessions and how much playtime it takes before someone buys for the first time.
- What sells: packages, creator codes and coupons, revenue per active player by country, and the game mode buyers were in.
- Tebex today. CraftingStore and PayNow are coming soon.

Keep
Keep the players you worked to get.
Players leave a laggy server, and they drift away from a good one too. DataWiser tells you about both before your community does.
- TPS, MSPT, CPU and memory on the same timeline as your player count, for every server, proxies included.
- Alerts on Discord or email when a server goes quiet, starts lagging, or makes a sale.
- Every player is marked new, regular, at risk or dormant, judged against their own play rhythm, so you know who to win back.

Everything in one panel
Every feature is on every plan.
That includes the free plan. You only pay for how many players you have.
Dashboard
Who's online now, today's peak, new players, top sources and revenue on one screen.
Statistics
Hostnames, countries, client versions and session quality, up to a year back.
Players
Every player's sessions, first hostname, spend and lifecycle, searchable and sortable.
Revenue
Tebex purchases linked to players and sources, with refunds and chargebacks kept apart.
Performance
TPS, MSPT, CPU and memory per server, using spark's measurements when it's installed.
Alerts
Missed heartbeats, lag, player counts and purchases, to Discord or email.
Networks
Proxies, backends and standalone servers in one brand, with each player counted once.
Team
Give staff exactly the sections they need. A builder can see Performance without seeing revenue.
Numbers you can act on
Growth decisions need numbers that don't flatter you.
Renewing a creator deal or raising your minimum version is only as good as the number behind it. So DataWiser shows you what it doesn't know, instead of guessing.
Missing is never zero.
If a server stops reporting, the chart shows a gap marked unavailable.
Every rate shows its working.
Conversion is payers divided by the players you acquired, and the denominator is printed next to it.
Every purchase counts.
A sale we can't tie to a player stays in your revenue, labelled unattributed. Nothing is dropped to flatter a source.
No player IP addresses.
The plugin cuts addresses to a /24 or /48 on your server. We look up a country, then throw the prefix away.
Country lookup: IP Geolocation by DB-IP, a database file on our own server.
Setup
Running in about two minutes.
- 1
Add your server in the panel. You get a setup command with its key in it.
- 2
Drop the plugin into plugins/ on each server, proxies included, and start it.
- 3
Run the command in the console. No config file to edit. Your players show up as they join.
- Download the plugin
- Connecting a Tebex store is separate and optional. It doesn't touch your game server at all.

One busy day won't change your plan. We bill on your third-highest day in the last 30 days, so a launch or an event doesn't count against you.
We never stop counting your players. If you outgrow your plan, you get 30 days' notice. Your data keeps recording no matter what.
We never upgrade you on our own. Your plan changes when you click, and not before. If you'd fit a cheaper plan, we'll tell you.

FAQ
Questions server owners ask
How does DataWiser know where my players come from?
From the address they type to join. Give each creator, partner or ad its own subdomain, like alex.yourserver.net, and every player who joins through it is credited to it. The first one a player uses is kept for good, so the credit doesn't move when they come back another way.
Do I need a Tebex store?
No. Players, statistics, performance and alerts all work without one. Connect a store when you want to see which sources earn. Tebex works today; CraftingStore and PayNow are coming soon.
How is this different from Plan?
Plan is free, open source and self-hosted, and it's excellent at per-server statistics. DataWiser is hosted, covers a whole network as one brand, ties store revenue back to where your players came from, and alerts you on Discord. If you want to run your own web server and you don't sell anything, Plan may be all you need.
What happens if I go over my plan's player limit?
Nothing, straight away. We bill on your third-highest daily peak over 30 days, so one big day doesn't count. If you stay over, we email you and give you 30 days. After that, the dashboards lock until you upgrade or your numbers come back down. Your data is still recorded the whole time, and alerts keep working. Upgrade, and everything is there.
Does it work on offline-mode (cracked) servers?
Yes. When you connect a store, you tell us whether it's online- or offline-mode. Online-mode stores match purchases by UUID only, because Minecraft names get reused. Offline-mode stores fall back to a unique username, which is safe there because /login makes the name the identity.
Does it support Bedrock players?
Yes. With Geyser and Floodgate installed, Bedrock players are counted and broken out separately from Java.
Will it slow my server down?
Every network call runs on its own background thread, so the main thread never waits on us, even when our panel is slow or down.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancelling moves you to the free plan and keeps your history. Deleting your account disconnects your servers and store straight away and erases everything 30 days later; log back in before then to undo it. It's gone from our backups 28 days after that.
Is it GDPR-friendly?
We store no IP addresses, no buyer emails and no real names. Each player gets a country, nothing finer. The panel is hosted in Germany, and there are no tracking cookies.
